Ain't No Fun When The Rabbit Has The Gun!

Lessons from the 64 squares...

"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success."-Edward Everett Hale

Susan Polgar is a former woman's chess champion and one of the youngest to ever reach grand master status. As a child, to test her chess acuity, they sat her outside of a cafe with a chess board. A truck then drove by with a random chess game set up on it. Having seen the truck for only a few seconds, Susan was able to recreate the set up perfectly. This wasn't because she had a photographic memory, but she was able to see the board in "clusters", splitting the board into quadrants, then putting them back together to create a perfect whole. Some called it genius. She simply thought it was logical.

Individuals and small groups are not "bad" things. But by themselves, the little things can get gobbled up in the chaos of daily life where nothing gets done. Leadership brings order to chaos and reconnects the little things to manifest greatness. We don't lack talent, skill, resources, or know-how. We succumb to chaos because we aren't organized. Like Polgar, break the problems down to size, place your "pieces", then bring it all together. People bring the skills, organizing brings the win! #NOTG #ChessInRealLife #StrongerTogether #WarriorMindset #Ubuntu
